Crazy! The Indonesian National Team Won 6-0 Over Their Guests, Chinese Taipei
This FIFA match day pitted the Indonesian national team against Chinese Taipei, ranked 172nd in the FIFA rankings, at the Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium in Surabaya on Friday, September 5, 2025, evening Western Indonesian Time.

First Half

Just five minutes later, it was Elias Reijnders’ turn to get on the scoresheet. The midfielder, wearing the number 24 jersey, unleashed a precise shot in the 38th minute, ending the first half with a convincing 4-0 victory for Indonesia.
With this dominance, Indonesia had a wide chance of winning, and it also provided valuable capital for the second half.
Second Half
Entering the second half, Indonesia continued to attack. Ramadhan Sananta added another goal in the 58th minute, before Shayne Pattynama Walsh scored the sixth in the 60th minute.
The Indonesian coach also gave several substitutes a chance, including Thom Haye, Marselino Ferdinand, Max Zijlstra, and Stefano Lilipaly. These changes kept the intensity of the game high.
On the other side, Chinese Taipei made more substitutions in the second half, but were unable to overcome the pressure. They only managed to make a few attacking attempts, which were thwarted by the Indonesian defense.
The match was marred by two yellow cards, one for Jordi Amat (Indonesia) and Wu Lin (Chinese Taipei).
