SEVENTEEN Returns
Happy news for CARATs. Boy group SEVENTEEN has officially extended their exclusive contracts with PLEDIS Entertainment for the second time. All 13 members have agreed to continue their collaboration with the agency, with no members leaving the group.
The announcement was made directly by PLEDIS Entertainment on Monday (July 13, 2026). The agency stated that the contract renewal process was agreed upon by all members as a commitment to continue working together.
PLEDIS explained that members not currently serving in the military have completed their contract signings. Meanwhile, members still serving in the military will sign their contracts in stages according to their conditions and military service schedule.
In their official statement, the SEVENTEEN members expressed their joy at being able to continue their journey together as a team.
“We hope our fans will continue to be with us as part of ‘TEAM SVT’ on our journey into the future,” said a SEVENTEEN representative.
SEVENTEEN debuted in 2015 and has become one of the most successful K-pop groups of its generation. In 2021, they also extended their contracts early before the expiration of their first agreement.
The decision to extend their contracts for a second time with their full lineup is a rare achievement in the K-pop industry. It reflects the strong bond between the members and their trust in PLEDIS Entertainment to continue their careers together.
