SUNDANIS: ‘Egp’

Hip-hop has proven its ability to reach all levels of society, especially when used in local languages, making it more accessible to its target market. Now, rapper Sundanis, who is accustomed to presenting hip-hop songs in Sundanese with a touch of dangdut, is ready to release his first song since joining FloorInc, titled “EGP (Emang Gue Pikirin).”

Taking a common theme in everyday life, “EGP” tells the story of a common experience: people who act sweet in front of others, but behind their backs, they sneer. “I feel like so many people have experienced the same thing as what’s depicted in this song, and the way to deal with it is to act indifferent, aka EGP (Emang Gue Pikirin),” explained Rudi Supriadi, whose full name is Rudi Supriadi.
