President Prabowo Inaugurates New Ministers for the 2024-2029 Red and White Cabinet
President Prabowo Subianto officially inaugurated several new ministers and deputy ministers in the Red and White Cabinet for the remainder of the 2024-2029 term. The inauguration was held at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta and began with the singing of the national anthem, Indonesia Raya.
The reading of Presidential Decree Number 86P of 2025 was conducted by the Deputy for Administrative Affairs of the Ministry of State Secretariat. The decree honorably dismissed several ministers and appointed new officials.
List of Inaugurated Ministers and Deputy Ministers:
1. Purbaya Yudi Sadewa – Minister of Finance
2. Mukhtaruddin – Minister of Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers and Head of the BP2MI (Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Agency)
3. Feri Joko Yuliantono – Minister of Cooperatives
4. Muhammad Irfan Yusuf – Minister of Hajj and Umrah
5. Danil Anza Sim – Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah
Before taking office, all ministers and deputy ministers took their oath of office, led by President Prabowo, accompanied by religious leaders.
The event continued with the signing of the inauguration minutes, and congratulatory messages from the President and Vice President, as well as the guests in attendance.
On that occasion, President Prabowo emphasized that the Indonesian people must be brave in facing challenges, obstacles, and threats to maintain the nation’s dignity and sovereignty.
