Police Fire Tear Gas at Unisba and Unpas Campus in Bandung

Until this news was published, the UNISBA and UNPAS campuses had not responded to the accusations regarding anti-public order, security, and security, the number of victims, and the severity of the injuries suffered.

From Monday night (September 1, 2025) to early Tuesday (September 2, 2025), a video went viral of police entering the campuses of the Islamic University of Bandung (UNISBA) and Pasundan University (UNPAS). They fired tear gas.

Victims fell, including campus security officers who were affected by the operation.

Following the attack, ambulances were unable to enter the UNISBA campus. The situation became tense. Medical teams could only stop at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) campus. Upon arrival, medical personnel walked to reach the victims inside the campus.

As of the publication of this report, UNISBA and UNPAS had not responded to the allegations of unlawful public order, the number of victims, or the severity of the injuries.
